Welcome to the
Public Interest Party
We’re not here to play politics. We’re here to fix what’s broken.
A system that protects profits over people. A government that hides behind spin.
We believe in truth, transparency, and a future built on public good — not corporate greed.
If you're ready for real change, you're in the right place.

Our Mission and Values
Who we are:
The Public Interest Party is a new political movement built around a simple idea: the system should serve the public — not private profit.
We’re here for everyone who’s been let down by decades of empty promises, corporate influence, and political spin.
Why we exist
We were founded to challenge the growing gap between what people need and what politics delivers.
From climate inaction to collapsing public services, too much power has shifted away from ordinary people — and into the hands of private companies and lobbyists.
What we stand for
Our policies are rooted in transparency, sustainability, and human rights.
We support public ownership, evidence-based decisions, clean energy, and a fairer economy. Every claim we make is backed by clear costings and real plans — not slogans.
A new kind of politics
We’re not a traditional party — and we’re not interested in empty competition. We believe in cooperation over ego, and in rebuilding trust through truth, clarity, and public interest.
What We Stand For
A fairer, greener, more transparent future — built in the public interest.
We believe in evidence-based policy, public accountability, and a system that puts people and the planet before private profit. Here’s what that looks like:
NHS & Public Health
We’ll stop the stealth privatisation of the NHS, restore full public ownership, and properly fund health services.
We’ll tackle the root causes of illness — from junk food to poor housing — and shift focus to prevention and healthy living.
Water, Energy & Public Services
Essential services shouldn’t be run for profit. We’ll bring water, energy, and transport back into public hands — with clean, efficient, and affordable systems designed for the public good.
Climate & Environment
We’re not just aiming for net zero — we’re aiming for climate justice.
We’ll stop fossil fuel subsidies, invest in green jobs, reform industrial farming, and restore nature.
Housing & Land Reform
Everyone deserves a secure, affordable home. We’ll build zero-carbon public housing, stop land hoarding, and make housing a human right — not an investment vehicle.
Education for the Real World
We’ll modernise the curriculum to reflect real life — from health and finance to critical thinking and sustainability.
Universal free school meals and strong food education will help the next generation thrive.
Economy That Works for Everyone
We’ll redirect subsidies from polluters to green infrastructure, make corporations pay their fair share, and prioritise local, ethical businesses over monopolies.
Democracy & Accountability
We’ll update Victorian-era political structures, end lobbying loopholes, and strengthen the Freedom of Information Act.
Politics should serve the people — not corporate donors.
Food, Farming & Security
We’ll support UK farmers, invest in food resilience, and help people grow their own produce — inspired by the post-war “Grow for Victory” campaign.
Our food system should be healthy, local, and secure.
Migration, Rights & the Future
We believe in protecting displaced people while planning honestly for long-term sustainability.
As climate change and conflict increase, we need humane, proactive solutions — not scapegoating.
